Will 2016 Olympics be a wind-fall?

Chicago lured 45M tourists who dropped $11.8B last year.  More than 45 million domestic and international tourists visited Chicago in 2008 and spent $11.8 billion, according to figures from the Travel Industry Assn. of America.
